Shipping Policy • Orders below R1500: Flat rate of R100 for door-to-door courier delivery. • Orders above R1500: Free courier shipping. • Delivery timeframes: • Main centres: 1–3 business days • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days Please provide a daytime address where someone is available to receive the parcel between 08h00 and 17h00. • Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered on the next business day (excluding public holidays). Returns & Exchanges • You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. • Returned items must be: • Unused and unopened • In their original packaging • In the same condition as received • Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account. • Once received, you may choose between a replacement item or a store credit. Damaged or Incorrect Items • For damaged goods: Please email info@respireaesthetics.com immediately upon receipt so we can assist. • For incorrect items: Please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can arrange the correct order. Important Notes • Refunds cannot be issued for: • Buyer’s remorse • Disliking a product after use • Allergic reactions • This is in line with South African Public Health regulations and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Hygiene Policy • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare, makeup, or beauty accessories. • Please patch test before use and discontinue immediately if irritation occurs.
